Wincia is an FBI agent trying to solve the J-Files. The J-Files is a collection of confidential criminal files, which have been smeared with the jam from doughnuts belonging to fat American Police Officers. It is Wincia's job to decipher these files. Her stakeouts can last up to 14 days at a time.
